The Lakewood community is invited to Meghan F. George’s inauguration as mayor on January 1, 2020. This event is open to the public.
The inauguration ceremony will take place at 12:30 p.m. in the auditorium of Lakewood City Hall, 12650 Detroit Ave.
George will be sworn in by Lee Fisher, the dean of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University, and former Ohio Lt. Governor, Attorney General, State Senator, and State Representative.
